How do I return an item? We have an automated return process which is handled online. Please read below to see which products can be returned and then complete the form below. An RMA form will be immediately emailed to you which you will then print out and include with your return. Only the products below can be returned in USED condition: Heel Seats - Can be returned within 120 days of the purchase date Night Splints - Can be returned within 120 days of the purchase date SuperFeet Insoles - Can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date All other products can be returned in NEW condition with original undamaged packaging within 30 days. You will receive a full refund less original shipping costs(includes free shipping items) within 30 days of us receiving the return. If used items are returned(except for Heel Seats, Night Splints,SuperFeet Insoles) they will not be accepted and the customer must pay to have them shipped back. If the customer does not want to pay for the used item to be returned to them we will accept the return and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
