My Account
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  We make returns easy. Please read below to see which products are authorized to be returned. You will receive a credit for the full purchase price of authorized returns less our original expense to ship the product to you(this includes free shipping items) within 30 days of us receiving the return. All returns must have an RMA number. To receive an RMA number please email returns@footcareexperts.com and we will reply with an RMA number within 24 hours. Returns that are sent to us without an RMA# on the outside of the package will be marked "Return To Sender".

Only the products below can be returned in USED condition:

Heel Seats - Can be returned within 120 days of the purchase date

Night Splints - Can be returned within 120 days of the purchase date

SuperFeet Insoles - Can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date

Sole Platinum Sandals - Can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

All other products can be returned in NEW condition with original undamaged packaging within 30 days. If used items are returned(except for Heel Seats, Night Splints,SuperFeet Insoles & Sole Platinum Sandals) they will not be accepted and the customer must pay to have them shipped back.

EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges(customer must pay for return shipping and to ship the exchanged product). If you receive the wrong item and it is our fault we will pay for shipping the exchanged product to you and reimburse you for the return shipping cost.

When will my order ship?
  All orders will ship the next business day after you order (i.e. You order Monday, we ship Tuesday. You order Friday, we ship Monday.)
